Terms of Service
Last updated 12 September 2026
About Noding
These terms govern your use of the Noding website and browser extensions. Noding helps you write, preview, save and insert workflow expressions. It is an independent companion and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Figma, Weave, ComfyUI or Google. Noding operates this service. Contact us at fedeaitools@gmail.com.
Using the service
Use Noding only if you can legally agree to these terms, or with the permission and supervision required by applicable law. If you use it for an organisation, you must have authority to do so. You are responsible for the content you enter, the permissions you grant and the workflows you choose to run. Do not use Noding unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service.
Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in your prompts and workflows. You give Noding only the permission necessary to process, store, copy and transmit content to provide the features you select, including optional sync and restoration. You must have the rights needed to use and upload your content. These terms do not grant a general model-training licence. Any future contribution programme requires its own clear disclosures and applicable consent.
Early access
Joining the early-access list asks Noding to email you about the selected version’s availability. Product updates are optional. It does not guarantee an invitation, a release date or a purchase, and does not authorise charges. You may opt out by contacting us as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Accounts, sync and backups
Signing in is optional. If you enable sync, your library is stored in both Google Drive’s application-data area and Noding’s Firestore database, as described in the Privacy Policy. Protect access to your browser and Google account. Sync may fail or create conflict copies, and depends on connectivity, permissions and provider availability. Keep your own exports of important work. Deleting cloud copies does not delete local copies or your whole account; see the Privacy Policy for controls and deletion requests.
Review before running workflows
A preview or successful compilation does not establish that a workflow will run correctly or produce a particular result. Check node connections, model settings, permissions and costs before execution. Third-party platforms may change their interfaces, supported nodes or services. Their terms, privacy policies and charges apply separately, including any model-execution charges.
Beta availability and pricing
Noding is currently offered as a beta and features may change or be unavailable. The current version does not implement paid subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, prices and payment terms will be presented before you choose to buy them; using the current beta does not authorise future charges. Third-party service fees remain your responsibility.
Software and third-party materials
Noding’s software, branding and documentation remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights and licences. Your access to the product does not transfer ownership of those materials. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their respective licences. Do not imply that your work is endorsed by Noding or its supported platforms without permission.
Availability, responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every workflow, error-free output or permanent storage. To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law protections. Responsibility for a loss is determined under applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your statutory rights.
Stopping use and service changes
You can stop using Noding at any time. Export important work and use the cloud-deletion controls or contact us if you want stored account information removed. Uninstalling the extension does not automatically delete cloud copies. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will provide notice of material service discontinuation or changes affecting access to stored content.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the revision date. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. For questions, support or a dispute, contact fedeaitools@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law determines your rights and where a dispute may be brought.
